I like Weebly, and have created an account with them to try it.
My feedback is that there aren’t very many blog designs to choose from.
Therefore, it’s probably not your choice yet.
I do believe it has potential, but it doesn’t have the plugins like WordPress, or the blessing from Google like Blogger.
Generally speaking, Weebly is for casual beginners who don’t see much opportunity to monetize their blog, and blog for profit.
