The difference between Weebly and Blogger is that Blogger is easier to set up and has less guess work while you go along.

I have used WordPress to blog for profit in the past.
I have used a Blogger blog to make money blogging once.
Also, I have started a Weebly blog but haven’t made any money with it.
These three blogging platforms all have their advantages and disadvantages.

Blogger is excellent for bloggers who are on a tight budget and don’t have any money for web hosting but still want their own domain.
